Twenty kilometers from Bergerac, close to the left bank of the Dordogne river is the little village of Couze et Saint Front and the pretty Couze Valley. Belle-Vue is set in seventeen hectares, surrounded by nothing except peace and beauty, in an area that is made for walking and cycling, unwinding and dawdling. Our house is very typical of the Dordogne and lies in four hectares, surrounded by fields and woods with a marvellous variety of wildlife on the doorstep. The three chambres d'hôtes rooms, one of which has a children's bedroom, have bathrooms, lovely stone walls and beams and are furnished with country furniture and decorated with pretty fabrics. Breakfast is served in the dining room downstairs, which opens onto the garden and pool. |
