A warm and welcoming 1870’s villa in a quiet leafy area, between Charles de Gaulle and Orly, the two main airports of Paris. Three comfortable rooms, both single and double plus a family room. Breakfast is served in the garden on fine days. All the pleasures of Paris are minutes away and we are within easy reach of Fontainebleau, Versailles and Disneyland Paris, 40 minutes away.

Our house is very much a family home, comfortable, peaceful, surrounded by a large, enclosed garden with private parking and, ideally placed to enjoy the pleasures of both the city and the country. We have three double rooms with private bathrooms and a children’s room. Close to an excellent golf course, an easy drive from Fontainebleau and less than an hour from the centre of Paris.

The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building in Montparnasse, overlooking a small tree lined square, in the 14th arrondissement within easy reach of the Louvre. Montparnasse has a lively atmosphere; theatres and cinemas, oyster bars and crêperies and the celebrated brasseries, La Coupoule and La Dôme in the boulevard du Montparnasse. The room has a bathroom and is a comfortable base from which to enjoy our city.

The 19th century house is in a quiet country situation between the forests of Crécy and Ferrières, thirty minutes from Fontainebleau, Paris and both international airports and ten minutes from Disneyland Paris. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms in the wing of the house and two in two small, independent lodges, in the garden. Dinner available on request.
