Our house is very typical of the Dordogne and lies in four hectares, surrounded by fields and woods with a marvellous variety of wildlife on the doorstep. The three chambres d'hôtes rooms, one of which has a children's bedroom, have bathrooms, lovely stone walls and beams and are furnished with country furniture and decorated with pretty fabrics. Breakfast is served in the dining room downstairs, which opens onto the garden and pool.

We have double and triple rooms and one family suite, all with private bathrooms and showers. Hairdryers are provided. On warm summer days, breakfast can be served on the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. A pirate-boat paddling pool is available for young children. We are 10 km from Brantôme and 25 km from Perigueux, close to local restaurants, a golf course and river fishing.

The gite is in the grounds of a large family Maison de Maître, which has interior courtyards, gardens and a large swimming pool with sublime views. The original stone walls and beams give the cottage a feeling of country warmth and charm and it has its own private garden. Our house is near the village of Préchacq-les-Bains an ancient spa, which lies beside the River Ardour, about 15 km from Dax. The villa apartment is independent of the main house, set in a lovely garden with secluded spots and a swimming pool garden. The nearest beach is 45 minutes from here, Biarritz and Pau are roughly an hour. Sleeps up to 4 people.

This cottage lies in the midst of the vinyard area between Bergerac and Saint Emilion. The rooms are charmingly rustic with original wood or tiled floors and are comfortably furnished with country furniture.
