Part of a 17th century farmhouse in a small hamlet surrounded by vineyards, the cottage has been completely refurbished. Viva is a traditional stone house set on our own vineyard in the middle of the Montravel vineyards. Entirely restored with its own pool and pleasantly furnished with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. There is a living room with television and a telephone and a large fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The Dunois is the medieval wing of the château, and on three floors linked by a 15th century winding staircase with metre thick stone walls that keep it wonderfully cool in summer. Exquisitely furnished in a harmonious marriage of traditional style and modern comfort, it has a sauna, heated swimming pool, a pool table room and a small driving range for golfers. La Bergerie was originally the barn in which wine was made, now converted to a lofty, open plan living room with bedrooms in the wing.
