Our house lies in fifteen acres of woods and meadows, surrounded by nothing except peace and beauty, in an area made for walking and cycling, unwinding and dawdling. The cottage is on one side of the main house directly in front of the swimming pool and the grounds are yours to relax in and enjoy. We are 3 minutes from the pretty market town of Lalinde on one of the loveliest stretches of the Dordogne river and a 12 mile drive from Bergerac, the vineyards and the airport. Viva is a traditional stone house set on our own vineyard in the middle of the Montravel vineyards. Entirely restored with its own pool and pleasantly furnished with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. There is a living room with television and a telephone and a large fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It is easy from here to spend a day in the Dordogne finding a market and seeing the châteaux, or visiting the Bordeaux vineyards. Sleeps up to 6 people.

The three chambres d’hotes rooms are decorated in pastel colours and furnished in a simple, modern, uncluttered style and have en suite shower rooms to match. We are only 5 km from Saint Emilion, one of the most famous of the Bordeaux wines, in an area covered with vineyards. Close to local restaurants, a beautiful lake with a beach and a golf course. Part of a 17th century farmhouse in a small hamlet surrounded by vineyards, the cottage has been completely refurbished. The pools, one a children's pool, are situated on the far side of more than two acres of garden. Au Compte is a pretty hilltop hamlet of 5 houses, near Eymet, on the borders of the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne with wonderful views stretching over 20 kms.
