This typically Breton fisherman's cottage is situated in the coastal village of Plouha, whose lovely old fishing port, seafood restaurants, summer dance festivals and beaches give it a timeless quality. The cottage has been renovated and furnished to preserve its original traditional character both inside and out. There are several other beaches surrounding Plouha, La Plage de Palus to name but one, where you can also play golf. The house dates from 1880, a much loved family home with exceptional views across the bay to Saint Malo, situated on the Vicompté point just outside Dinard. A path directly from the garden leads down to a small private beach. The Dinard Yacht Club, water sports, shops and restaurants, the casino and an Olympic swimming pool, the ferry across to Saint Malo and the main seafront and gardens, are minutes away on foot.
