The cottage and the barn beside the pool, are on part of a large farming estate with several lakes, roughly 30 minutes from Tours and Blois and within reach of several of the great Loire châteaux and vineyards. Country charm and home comforts, a heated pool, use of tennis court, private fishing and a thousand acres to roam around in. We are about 20 minutes South of Orleans, close to many of the Loire chateaux and vineyards. The cottage is on one level and independent of the main house. This is a quiet place, unspoilt, full of wildlife and beautiful in any season, a place to return to and relax, read, walk or cycle through the forest, fish in our lake and contemplate. We keep horses and other farm animals, including a donkey and a pony, which are gentle with children and love any amount of attention. Paris is 90 minutes from here. Sleeps up to 10 people.
