This charming 18th century Aveyron farm is tucked away in a valley that breathes peace and quiet, surrounded by a garden that looks out over beautiful meadows and woods. Every window (even the bathroom) has lovely views. The gite has its own private garden terrace, where it is pleasant to relax in the evenings and watch the sunset. The Viaur valley, also has some wonderful walks that take you through unspoilt countryside, far away from modern life and the river is fantastic for swimming, fishing and canoeing. Rodez 45 minutes. The gite is situated on a hillside above a small hamlet, 300 meters from the Lot river, in the midst of vines, woods and sunflowers. The house is the home of Anna and Abel and their children Inés and Louis and golden retrievers, Roxane and Bollinger and has all the luxuries of a country house hotel combined with a friendly family atmosphere. Our house is in the little village of Gauré, tucked in a valley surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers, 15 km from Toulouse. Everything is at hand, the pleasures of the city and the peace and beauty of the countryside, where you can relax by the pool here or ride, walk and cycle almost anywhere you like.
