We live in the quiet village of Châtres, between Meaux and Melun, about 40 minutes from the centre of Paris and both international airports. Comfortable, bright, attractive and well equipped with an attention to detail, the apartment makes an ideal base from which to explore the pleasures of Paris, visit Fontainebleau or enjoy a day or two at Disneyland Paris, a 15 minute drive from here. Our spacious 19th century house is situated in the town of Perreux-sur-Marne, 8 kms to the east of Paris, in the beautiful Val-de-Marne area. We have a suite of 2 double rooms with bathrooms on either side of a private a sitting room. The house is quiet, comfortable and ideally placed near the capital and for visits to Disneyland Paris. The pleasures of Paris are only 8 minutes away on the motorway, or 20 minutes on the RER metro line and Disneyland Paris is a 15 minute drive. Charles de Gaulle and Orly are both 20 minutes away.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the Place d’Italie on the edge of the Vietnamese district, not far from Montparnasse and the Latin Quarter. On three floors with a small terrace, the apartment overlooks a plant filled courtyard. Total peace and quiet inside; daily life, local shops and a great choice of restaurants, just outside. You can get to anywhere you want to go in central Paris, within 20 minutes via the metro. Sleeps 2/4 people.

The 19th century Haussmann apartment building is in the Quartier de l'Europe not far from the old Opéra, about 15/20 minutes walk from the Tuileries, the Place de la Concord, the Louvre and the Champs-Elysées. The apartment is on the 5th floor, accessed via a lift and the building has a quiet interior courtyard garden. The apartment is centrally heated and furnished with attention to detail in order to make it pleasant and welcoming. Sleeps 4 to 5 people.
