We live in the quiet village of Châtres, between Meaux and Melun, about 40 minutes from the centre of Paris and both international airports. Comfortable, bright, attractive and well equipped with an attention to detail, the apartment makes an ideal base from which to explore the pleasures of Paris, visit Fontainebleau or enjoy a day or two at Disneyland Paris, a 15 minute drive from here. The 19th century Haussmann apartment building is in the 8th Arrondissement not far from the old Opéra, about 15/20 minutes walk from the Tuileries, the Place de la Concord, the Louvre and the Champs-Elysées. Comfortable, well furnished and pleasant, the apartment is on the 5th floor, accessed via a lift and the building has a quiet interior courtyard garden. Close to four metro stations that will connect you to most of Paris and beyond. Sleeps 6 to 7 people.
