Our cottage is in a small hamlet in beautiful countryside, close to the border between Southern Brittany and the Western Loire. It is 5 minutes drive from the beautiful 'Ville Gastronomique' of La Roche-Bernard with its picturesque river location and 5 minutes from the excellent Golf Course at Missillac (La Bretesche). The stunning beach and International golf course at La Baule is less than 30 minutes. Ideal for those who want a peaceful holiday in tranquil surroundings, near beaches and for those looking for a golfing break. Sleeps up to 6 people.

The gite is one of the cottage buildings grouped around the courtyard of our 16th century house, set in acres of gardens and pastureland, close to many of the Anjou vineyards in some of the loveliest countryside in the Loire. Close to a village with a choice of shops and restaurants, an international standard golf course and a lake where anyone can spend the day fishing. Angers and Saumur 30 minutes. Sleeps up to 9 people.

The house is a fine example of 19th century architecture in this region and lies in over a hundred acres near the village of Sablé-sur-Sathe, 35 kms from Le Mans, famous for its motor sports (at least one event per month throughout the year including the 24 hour event in June). Within a reasonable drive of many of the Loire chateaux, close to an excellent golf course, ideal for families and children and a very comfortable base at any time of year. Between Laval and Angers, Tours 90 minutes, Paris just over 2 hours. Sleeps up to 8 people.
