The gites are independent of one another and privately situated in a woodland setting above the Lot river valley on the GR652 St Jacques de Compostelle route between Puy l'Evêque and Cahors. A network of other footpaths provide a variety of country walks and scenery with some fine viewpoints over the river valley. There are many enthusiastic walking groups active in the area; a good chance to practice some French. We offer suggestions for guided or independent walks. We offer Health and Well-being sessions at our villa given by a beauty consultant, to soothe away stress and fatigue, restore equilibrium and rejuvenate natural vitality. We are just above the beach at Hyères with spectacular views across the Bay of Giens, between Toulon and Saint Tropez. Both the rooms have their own independent entrance facing the pool opening directly onto the terrace and garden beyond. The rooms are air-conditioned, furnished in a tropical style with fine bed linen carefully chosen to create a sense of pleasure, comfort and repose.

The manor is a family home in a village in the Indre river valley, 15 minutes from Tours, close to Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and Langeais, some of the most famous châteaux in the Loire. Set in three hectares of gardens with centuries old trees, beside the River Indre. The river has pike, pike/perch, carp, eels and other small fish. There are four small private islands in the middle of the river. A rowboat is provided. Paris is an hour from Tours by TGV train.

The Beaune-Levernois Golf Club has a well designed 18-hole golf course and a 9-hole course and practice green, is open all year round and welcomes both experienced golfers and beginners. The apartments are a short walk from the club and are available on a per night B&B basis and for weekends, or on a self-catering basis for a week or two. Our farmhouse is tucked away in a pretty wooded valley overlooking a lake with beautiful views in all directions, about 8 km from Villeneuve-sur-Lot; the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing hideaway. The GR 652 which is one of the routes of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, literally passes through the our valley. In spring, we have a wonderful display of orchids. For longer walks, we have several planned trails of between five and eleven kilometres. The mill house is set peacefully beside a river in the Côte d'Or close to the Chablis vineyards. Built at the end of the 18th century, the moulin has now been made into three large, completely independent gites, each with its own aspect, character and privacy. We have a large salon available for groups staying in all three gites, as a workspace for those who wish to rehearse music and dance, or give painting, yoga or meditation classes.
