The house dates from 1880, a much loved family home with exceptional views across the bay to Saint Malo, situated on the Vicompté point just outside Dinard. A path directly from the garden leads down to a small private beach. The Dinard Yacht Club, water sports, shops and restaurants, the casino and a seawater swimming pool, the ferry across to Saint Malo and the main seafront and gardens, are minutes away on foot.
