This 19th century briarde farmhouse is in a quiet country situation between the forests of Crécy and Ferrières in Neufmoutieres-en-Brie, 30 minutes from Paris and both international airports and 10 minutes from Disneyland Paris.
There are seven bedrooms altogether, five in the wing of the house and two in two small, independent lodges in the garden. Dinner is available on request.
The five rooms in the wing are on the first floor and are spacious double rooms or family rooms, which can sleep up to six people, comfortably furnished with television and a private bathroom. They have views over the garden and the pond. On the ground floor is a large living room with original tiled floors and furnished in the style of Louis XIII and Louis XV with a big monastery table for breakfast and dinner. The two independent lodges are situated in the garden and have a terrace, bathrooms and television and can sleep 2 to 4 people in quiet and comfort. The garden has lovely views over the countryside.
The Area
There are several golf courses close by, a swimming pool and tennis courts, riding and fishing. In less than 20 minutes you can be cycling or walking, in deep country. We are within 30 minutes of Fontainebleau, the château and stunning gardens of Vaux-le-Vicomte, Versailles and Paris itself. Disneyland Paris is a 10 minute drive away. We are also between Melun and Meaux, each claiming to make the best brie cheese. Travel Information
